Now that you have purchased the new Draft Top Universal, we wanted to let you know that the instructions are different than past versions.
These instructions are an important part of the operation of the tool. Following the documented instructions below and on the packaging is necessary for the LIFT to function properly.

USE
Step 1:
a. Position DT Lift® on can, align tab with center opening. Twist can either direction to hook tab on shelf.
b. Slice can forward into DT Lift®.
Tip: Use DT Lift® to gently raise the tab to release pressure. Do not fully pop tab.
Step 2:
Close handle and grab can. Rotate can in the same direction as step 1 at least 360° until lid is completely separated.
Tip: Grabbing on the bottom of the can works best.
Step 3:
Release handle and remove the DT Lift® from can. If lid remains attached, repeat step 2. Avoid removing lid with your fingers.
Step 4:
Eject lid by pushing tab through the center hole.
CLEANING
The product is not dishwasher safe. Rinse with warm water after each use.
